About Morale Patches
Morale patches allow you to decorate your tactical gear in the field and are team morale boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, amusing sayings, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style consists of and varies text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft groups, and military units typically have a group patch or patch set. If you are a team leader, pick a basic group of patches consisting of a couple of morale patches which represent your unit. You can use these team patches for team recognition, awards, accomplishments, and rank advances. It is an excellent way to grow camaraderie within your unit. You can also keep a couple of spares on-hand for swapping patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied groups.
Mission Specific Patches
A lot of special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions usually have their own patches. Unit members or airsoft players who display these patches have the reputation that comes from finishing that mission, operation, or task. When the mission took place, Mission patches are a great method to highlight who attended.
Morale Patch Attachment
A lot of morale patches attach to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. The hook side is generally seen on the back of the patch with the loop attachment side on the uniform, vest, or bag panel. Other types of patches include iron-on and sew-on. Iron-on patches use an adhesive glue-like backing which heats up to adhere to the placement area. Sew-on patches must use sturdy sewing machines and matching thread to connect to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the maker. The primary front of the patch normally consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is typically a Velcro loop backing.
About Tactical PVC Patch Morale Patches

Morale Patch Care
The majority of morale patches are machine washable. This includes any patches sewn onto uniforms or attached to gear.
