About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to decorate your tactical equipment in the field and are team morale boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, funny phrases, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style differs and includes text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical groups, airsoft groups, and military units usually have a group patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, select a basic group of patches consisting of a couple of morale patches which represent your unit.
Mission Specific Patches
Most special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions normally have their own patches. Unit members or airsoft players who use these patches have the status that originates from completing that assignment, mission, or operation. Mission patches are a great way to highlight who attended when the mission took place.
Patch Attachment
The majority of morale patches attach to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches need to use heavy duty sewing machines and matching thread to attach to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the supplier. The main front of the patch normally includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is typically a Velcro loop backing panel.
About Embroidery Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the The Dude Abides,The Big Lebowski Patch Hook Loop Tactics Morale Embroidered Patch made by the Embroidery Patch typically hold up pretty well. Ensure to cut any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming frayed or unraveling. You can attempt to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s lifespan. Anchoring a thread involves taking a threaded needle and sewing the thread back into the material a number of times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
It is a great idea to remove Velcro patches before cleaning given that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the equipment.
