About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to decorate your tactical gear in the field and are team morale boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, amusing sayings, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style consists of and differs text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft squads, and military units typically have a team patch or patch set. Select a standard group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your unit if you are a team leader. You can use these group patches for team acknowledgment, awards, accomplishments, and rank advances. It is a great way to develop comradery within your unit. You can also keep a couple of spares on-hand for exchanging patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied teams.
Mission Specific Patches
A lot of special missions, military operations, or airsoft tournaments typically have their own patches. Unit members or game players who wear these patches have the reputation that comes from completing that assignment, mission, or operation. Mission patches are a great method to highlight who attended when the mission occurred.
Morale Patch Attachment
The majority of morale patches connect to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches must use heavy duty matching thread and stitching machines to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the producer. The primary front of the patch generally consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing.
About Embroidery Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the SIC Semper TYRANNIS Embroidery Patch Military Tactical Clothing Accessory Backpack Armband Sticker Gift Patch Decorative Patch Embroidered Patch made by the Embroidery Patch normally hold up pretty well. Make certain to cut any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can attempt to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life. Anchoring a thread includes taking a threaded needle and sewing the thread back into the material several times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
The majority of morale patches are machine washable. This includes any patches sewn onto uniforms or attached to equipment. However, it is a good idea to remove Velcro patches before cleaning since the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear. Clean with warm soapy water, rub lightly, and pat the patch dry.
