Airsoft Morale Patch Product Features
About Morale Patches
Morale patches allow you to decorate your tactical equipment in the field and are confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, amusing sayings, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style includes and differs text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical groups, airsoft groups, and military units normally have a team patch or patch set. Pick a basic group of patches consisting of a couple of morale patches which represent your unit if you are a group leader. You can use these group patches for group recognition, awards, accomplishments, and rank advances. It is an excellent method to grow comradery within your unit. You can also keep a couple of spares on-hand for swapping patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied teams.
Campaign Specific Patches
Many special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft tournaments normally have their own patches. Unit members or airsoft players who use these patches have the status that comes from completing that tour of duty, mission, or operation. When the mission happened, Mission patches are an excellent way to highlight who was there.
Patch Attachment
The majority of morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches must use heavy duty sewing machines and matching thread to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the producer. The primary front of the patch usually consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing.
About Rothco Morale Patches
Patches like the Rothco PVC Security Patch w/Hook Back made by the Rothco usually hold up quite well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming reversed or unraveling. You can try to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s longevity.
Morale Patch Care
It is a good plan to remove Velcro patches before cleaning since the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear.
