About Morale Patches
Morale patches allow you to decorate your tactical gear in the field and are camaraderie boosters. These patches are styled around things like motion picture quotes, memes, amusing phrases, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style consists of and differs text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft teams, and military units normally have a team patch or patch set. If you are a team leader, pick a standard group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your unit.
Campaign Specific Patches
A lot of special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions typically have their own patches. Unit members or players who use these patches have the status that originates from finishing that mission, assignment, or operation. Mission patches are a great way to highlight who was there when the mission happened.
Morale Patch Attachment
Many morale patches connect to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. The hook side is generally seen on the back of the patch with the loop attachment side on the bag, uniform, or vest panel. Other kinds of patches consist of iron-on and sew-on. Iron-on patches use an adhesive glue-like backing which heats up to adhere to the placement spot. Sew-on patches need to use heavy duty sewing machines and matching thread to connect to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the producer. The main front of the patch usually consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is typically a Velcro loop backing.
About Tactical Embroidery Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the Never Forger Tyrannosaurus T-Rex Dinosaur Comet Tactical Embroidery Patch Hook & Loop Morale Patch Military Patch for Clothing Accessory Backpack Armband made by the Tactical Embroidery Patch normally hold up quite well. Make sure to cut any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming reversed or unraveling. You can attempt to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life expectancy.
Morale Patch Care
It is a great idea to remove Velcro patches before cleaning given that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear.
