About Morale Patches

Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft teams, and military units typically have a team patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, select a standard group of patches including a couple of morale patches which represent your unit. You can use these group patches for team acknowledgment, awards, achievements, and rank advancements. It is a great method to create camaraderie within your unit. You can also keep a couple of spares on-hand for exchanging patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied groups.
Campaign Specific Patches
Most special missions, military operations, or airsoft tournaments generally have their own patches. Unit members or airsoft players who display these patches have the reputation that comes from finishing that operation, task, or mission. When the mission took place, Mission patches are an excellent way to highlight who participated.
Morale Patch Attachment
A lot of morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches need to use heavy duty stitching machines and matching thread to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the producer. The main front of the patch generally consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing panel.
About NEO Tactical Gear Morale Patches
Patches like the NEO Tactical Gear Cobra Kai Karate Kid Johnny Lawrence PVC Rubber Morale Patch, Hook Backed Morale Patch made by the NEO Tactical Gear usually hold up pretty well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can try to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life expectancy. Anchoring a thread involves taking a needle and stitching the thread back into the material a number of times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
It is an excellent plan to take off Velcro patches before cleaning given that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be tough on the patch. To clean removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the gear.
