About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to embellish your tactical gear in the field and are self-confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, funny phrases, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style consists of and varies text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical teams, airsoft teams, and military units usually have a team patch or patch set. If you are a team leader, select a basic group of patches consisting of a few morale patches which represent your unit.
Campaign Specific Patches
A lot of special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions usually have their own patches. Unit members or players who wear these patches have the reputation that originates from finishing that mission, task, or campaign. Mission patches are an excellent way to highlight who attended when the mission occurred.
Patch Attachment
A lot of morale patches connect to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches need to use heavy duty stitching machines and matching thread to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the supplier. The main front of the patch usually consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is usually a Velcro loop backing.
About Tactical Embroidery Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the Liberty or Death Tactical Embroidery Patch Hook & Loop Morale Patch Military Patch for Clothing Accessory Backpack Armband (5pcs) made by the Tactical Embroidery Patch usually hold up pretty well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming frayed or unraveling. You can try to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life. Anchoring a thread includes taking a needle and stitching the thread back into the material numerous times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
It is a good plan to remove Velcro patches before washing given that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be tough on the patch. To clean detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the equipment.
