About Morale Patches
Morale patches allow you to decorate your tactical gear in the field and are camaraderie boosters. These patches are styled around things like motion picture quotes, memes, funny expressions, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style differs and consists of text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical groups, airsoft groups, and military units generally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a team leader, pick a basic group of patches including a couple of morale patches which represent your unit.
Campaign Specific Patches
Many special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft tournaments normally have their own patches. Unit members or players who use these patches have the prestige that originates from completing that campaign, task, or mission. Mission patches are a great method to highlight who participated when the mission took place.
Patch Attachment
A lot of morale patches attach to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. The hook side is normally found on the back of the patch with the loop attachment side on the vest, bag, or uniform panel. Other kinds of patches consist of iron-on and sew-on. Iron-on patches use an adhesive glue-like backing which heats up to stick to the placement spot. Sew-on patches should use strong matching thread and stitching machines to connect to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the maker. The main front of the patch typically includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is normally a Velcro loop backing.
About NEO Tactical Gear Morale Patches
Patches like the John Wick Vault Boy Fallout Inspired Baba Yaga PVC Morale Patch – Hook Backed by NEO Tactical made by the NEO Tactical Gear usually hold up quite well. Make sure to cut any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming reversed or unraveling. You can attempt to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s service life.
Morale Patch Care
Most morale patches are machine washable. This includes any patches sewn onto uniforms or attached to equipment. It is a great suggestion to remove Velcro patches before cleaning considering that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To clean detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the equipment. Clean with warm soapy water, rub gently, and pat the patch dry.
