About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to embellish your tactical gear in the field and are confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like motion picture quotes, memes, amusing expressions, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style consists of and varies text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical groups, airsoft teams, and military units normally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a team leader, choose a standard group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your unit.
Mission Specific Patches
Most special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft tournaments normally have their own patches. Unit members or game players who wear these patches have the status that originates from finishing that tour of duty, mission, or campaign. When the mission occurred, Mission patches are a good way to highlight who was there.
Patch Attachment
A lot of morale patches attach to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches must use heavy duty matching thread and sewing machines to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the maker. The primary front of the patch usually consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing panel.
About Tactical Embroidery Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the IR Press Infrared Reflective Tactical Embroidery Patch Hook & Loop Morale Patch Military Patch for Clothing Accessory Backpack Armband (4pcs) made by the Tactical Embroidery Patch normally hold up quite well. Make sure to cut any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming reversed or unraveling. You can attempt to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s longevity.
Morale Patch Care
It is a good plan to take off Velcro patches before washing because the wear and tear of a washing machine can be hard on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the equipment.
