Accurate focusing and parallax-free shooting are achieved through side focus control with the detachable wheel. It has a patented design and attaches directly onto the central spine of the side wheel.
Exposed resettable turrets for elevation and windage have a locking mechanism to ensure that zero is not lost by an accidental movement.
Airmax rifle scopes also boast a fast focus eye bell and high torque zoom ring for smooth, easy magnification adjustment which stays firmly in place after the recoil.
Waterproof and shockproof with nitrogen-purged optics to prevent fogging and misting, the riflescope 30mm chassis is machined from a single piece of lightweight, aircraft-grade aluminum for superior strength to help withstand the hard recoil of air gunshots.
FULLY MULTI-COATED OPTICS
Model 13300, the Hawke Airmax 4-16×50 SF IR rifle scope has 16 layer Fully Multi-Coated optics to give you an incredibly bright, clear image. Five levels of red/green illumination brightness are adjusted by a saddle mounted rheostat.
This Airmax SF IR riflescope comes with a glass-etched illuminated AMX reticle which is engineered to withstand high recoil. It is based on the spacing of a 10x mil dot with multiple aim points, useful when shooting air guns with loopy trajectories. Half Additional half mil spacing provides holdover aim points, useful for long shots. All aim points and windage bars illuminate, and hollow posts segmented into the mil spacing can be used for bracketing.
