About Morale Patches
Morale patches permit you to decorate your tactical gear in the field and are team morale boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, amusing phrases, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style varies and consists of text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical groups, airsoft groups, and military units generally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, select a basic group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your unit.
Campaign Specific Patches
Most special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft tournaments normally have their own patches. Unit members or players who display these patches have the status that comes from finishing that campaign, mission, or task. When the mission happened, Mission patches are a good way to highlight who attended.
Patch Attachment
Many morale patches attach to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches must use heavy duty sewing machines and matching thread to attach to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the producer. The main front of the patch usually consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is typically a Velcro loop backing.
About WWL Morale Patches
Patches like the Donald Trump 2020 Tactical Morale Military Emblem Badge Premium Faux Leather Iron On/Sew On Patch (Keep America Great) made by the WWL generally hold up pretty well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can attempt to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s service life.
Morale Patch Care
Most morale patches are machine washable. This includes any patches stitched onto uniforms or attached to equipment. It is an excellent plan to remove Velcro patches prior to washing since the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the equipment. Wash with warm soapy water, rub lightly, and pat the patch dry.
