About Morale Patches
Morale patches permit you to embellish your tactical gear in the field and are self-confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, amusing phrases, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style includes and differs text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical groups, airsoft teams, and military units usually have a group patch or patch set. Pick a basic group of patches consisting of a couple of morale patches which represent your unit if you are a team leader. You can use these team patches for team recognition, awards, accomplishments, and rank advancements. It is a great method to create camaraderie within your unit. You can also keep a few spares on-hand for exchanging patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied teams.
Campaign Specific Patches
Many special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions generally have their own patches. Unit members or airsoft players who display these patches have the prestige that originates from finishing that mission, assignment, or tour of duty. When the mission happened, Mission patches are an excellent way to highlight who was there.
Morale Patch Attachment
The majority of morale patches attach to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches should use heavy duty matching thread and stitching machines to attach to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the producer. The primary front of the patch typically includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing area.
About Tactical Freaky Morale Patches
Patches like the Coyote IR K9 Dog Handler Paw K-9 USA Flag Brown Tan Infrared Tactical Morale Hook&Loop Patch made by the Tactical Freaky usually hold up quite well. Make certain to cut any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can attempt to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s longevity. Anchoring a thread involves taking a threaded needle and sewing the thread back into the material a number of times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
It is a great plan to take off Velcro patches before cleaning given that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the equipment.
