About Morale Patches
Morale patches allow you to decorate your tactical gear in the field and are self-confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, amusing sayings, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style consists of and varies text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical groups, airsoft groups, and military units usually have a group patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, pick a standard group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your unit.
Campaign Specific Patches
The majority of special missions, military operations, or airsoft tournaments normally have their own patches. Unit members or game players who use these patches have the reputation that comes from completing that mission, campaign, or assignment. Mission patches are an excellent way to highlight who attended when the mission occurred.
Morale Patch Attachment
Many morale patches attach to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches should use heavy duty matching thread and stitching machines to attach to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the supplier. The primary front of the patch usually includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing area.
About PVC PATCH Morale Patches
Patches like the Costa Ludus Trident Military Hook Loop Tactics Morale PVC Patch made by the PVC PATCH normally hold up pretty well. Ensure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can attempt to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life. Anchoring a thread includes taking a sewing needle and stitching the thread back into the material a number of times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
Most morale patches are machine washable. This includes any patches stitched onto uniforms or connected to gear. It is an excellent suggestion to take off Velcro patches before cleaning because the wear and tear of a washing machine can be hard on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the gear. Clean with warm soapy water, rub gently, and pat the patch dry.
