About Morale Patches
Morale patches permit you to decorate your tactical equipment in the field and are confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like film quotes, memes, funny sayings, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style consists of and varies text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft teams, and military units normally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a team leader, select a standard group of patches including a couple of morale patches which represent your unit.
Campaign Specific Patches
Many special missions, military operations, or airsoft tournaments normally have their own patches. Unit members or game players who use these patches have the prestige that comes from completing that tour of duty, mission, or operation. When the mission occurred, Mission patches are a great method to highlight who was there.
Morale Patch Attachment
Most morale patches attach to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches need to use heavy duty stitching machines and matching thread to attach to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the maker. The main front of the patch typically consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is normally a Velcro loop backing panel.
About XUNQIAN Morale Patches
Patches like the Bundle 12 Pieces USA Flag Patch Thin Blue Line Tactical American Flag US United States Military Morale Patches Set for Caps,Bags,Backpacks,Tactical Vest,Military Uniforms (D-USA Patch) made by the XUNQIAN normally hold up pretty well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming frayed or unraveling. You can try to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s service life. Anchoring a thread involves taking a needle with the thread through the eye and sewing the thread back into the material a number of times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
It is a great plan to remove Velcro patches prior to washing because the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To clean detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear.
