About Morale Patches
Morale patches permit you to embellish your tactical gear in the field and are team morale boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, funny sayings, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style consists of and differs text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft groups, and military units typically have a team patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, pick a standard group of patches including a couple of morale patches which represent your unit.
Mission Specific Patches
Many special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft competitions typically have their own patches. Unit members or airsoft players who display these patches have the prestige that originates from finishing that tour of duty, mission, or operation. When the mission occurred, Mission patches are an excellent method to highlight who attended.
Patch Attachment
A lot of morale patches attach to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. The hook side is normally found on the back of the patch with the loop attachment side on the bag, vest, or uniform panel. Other kinds of patches include iron-on and sew-on. Iron-on patches use an adhesive glue-like backing which heats up to stick to the placement spot. Stitch-on patches need to use strong matching thread and sewing machines to connect to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the maker. The primary front of the patch usually includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is typically a Velcro loop backing.
About BASTION Morale Patches
Patches like the BASTION Morale Patches (Luke 11:21, BNW) | 3D Embroidered Patches with Hook & Loop Fastener Backing | Well-Made Clean Stitching | Christian Patches Ideal for Tactical Bag, Hats & Vest made by the BASTION normally hold up quite well. Make sure to cut any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can try to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life.
Morale Patch Care
It is an excellent idea to remove Velcro patches prior to cleaning given that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be hard on the patch. To wash detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear.
