About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to decorate your tactical equipment in the field and are confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, amusing expressions, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style differs and includes text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft groups, and military units typically have a group patch or patch set. Pick a basic group of patches including a couple of morale patches which represent your unit if you are a group leader. You can use these team patches for group recognition, awards, accomplishments, and rank advancements. It is a great way to create comradery within your unit. You can also keep a few spares on-hand for swapping patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied groups.
Campaign Specific Patches
Many special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft competitions usually have their own patches. Unit members or game players who display these patches have the reputation that originates from completing that mission, tour of duty, or assignment. Mission patches are a great way to highlight who participated when the mission happened.
Patch Attachment
A lot of morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches must use heavy duty sewing machines and matching thread to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the manufacturer. The main front of the patch generally includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing.
About Antrix Morale Patches
Patches like the Antrix Tawny Military Tactical Badge Emblem Patch US Flag Molon Labe Dont Tread On Me in God We Trust Patches Set made by the Antrix generally hold up pretty well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming reversed or unraveling. You can try to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life.
Morale Patch Care
It is a great idea to take off Velcro patches before cleaning considering that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be hard on the patch. To clean removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear.
