About Morale Patches
Morale patches permit you to embellish your tactical gear in the field and are confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, funny expressions, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style differs and includes text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical groups, airsoft squads, and military units normally have a team patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, select a basic group of patches consisting of a couple of morale patches which represent your unit. You can use these team patches for group recognition, awards, accomplishments, and rank advancements. It is a great way to create comradery within your unit. You can also keep a few spares on-hand for exchanging patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied groups.
Mission Specific Patches
Many special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions typically have their own patches. Unit members or game players who display these patches have the status that originates from finishing that campaign, mission, or assignment. Mission patches are an excellent method to highlight who was there when the mission occurred.
Morale Patch Attachment
The majority of morale patches connect to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches need to use heavy duty matching thread and sewing machines to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the producer. The main front of the patch generally includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is usually a Velcro loop backing.
About Antrix Morale Patches
Patches like the Antrix Movie Film Rebel Alliance Rebel Scum Emblem Patch Military Morale Applique Fastener Hook & Loop Tactical Patch -3.15×2 made by the Antrix usually hold up pretty well. Ensure to cut any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming frayed or unraveling. You can attempt to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life. Anchoring a thread involves taking a needle and sewing the thread back into the material several times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
It is a good plan to take off Velcro patches before cleaning considering that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be tough on the patch. To wash detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear.
