About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to decorate your tactical gear in the field and are camaraderie boosters. These patches are styled around things like film quotes, memes, amusing phrases, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style differs and includes text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical teams, airsoft teams, and military units usually have a group patch or patch set. Select a standard group of patches including a couple of morale patches which represent your unit if you are a group leader. You can use these group patches for group acknowledgment, awards, accomplishments, and rank advancements. It is an excellent way to create camaraderie within your unit. You can also keep a few spares on-hand for exchanging patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied teams.
Campaign Specific Patches
Most special missions, military operations, or airsoft tournaments typically have their own patches. Unit members or airsoft players who display these patches have the status that comes from completing that campaign, task, or mission. When the mission took place, Mission patches are a good way to highlight who was there.
Morale Patch Attachment
The majority of morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches need to use heavy duty matching thread and stitching machines to attach to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the manufacturer. The primary front of the patch typically includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is usually a Velcro loop backing panel.
About Sea View Treasures Morale Patches
Patches like the 20 Bulk US American Flag Morale Patches (with Hook and Loop Tape for Fastening to Gear) made by the Sea View Treasures usually hold up quite well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can attempt to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life expectancy.
Morale Patch Care
It is a great idea to remove Velcro patches prior to washing considering that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To clean removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear.
