About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to embellish your tactical equipment in the field and are team comradery boosters. These patches are styled around things like film quotes, memes, funny sayings, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style includes and differs text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft groups, and military units normally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a team leader, select a basic group of patches including a couple of morale patches which represent your unit.
Campaign Specific Patches
Most special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft competitions typically have their own patches. Unit members or game players who use these patches have the reputation that comes from finishing that assignment, mission, or operation. Mission patches are a great way to highlight who participated when the mission took place.
Morale Patch Attachment
Many morale patches connect to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. The hook side is typically seen on the back of the patch with the loop attachment side on the bag, uniform, or vest panel. Other types of patches include iron-on and sew-on. Iron-on patches use an adhesive glue-like backing which heats up to adhere to the positioning area. Sew-on patches must use strong sewing machines and matching thread to attach to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the manufacturer. The primary front of the patch typically includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is normally a Velcro loop backing panel.
About RedheadedTshirts Morale Patches
Patches like the Distressed Game of Thrones House Stark Sigil Morale Patch Military Tactical 2×3 Hook and Loop Made in The USA made by the RedheadedTshirts normally hold up quite well. Make sure to cut any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming reversed or unraveling. You can try to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life.
Morale Patch Care
It is an excellent idea to remove Velcro patches before cleaning considering that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be tough on the patch. To clean removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the gear.
