About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to decorate your tactical gear in the field and are camaraderie boosters. These patches are styled around things like film quotes, memes, funny expressions, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style includes and varies text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical teams, airsoft groups, and military units normally have a team patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, choose a basic group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your unit.
Mission Specific Patches
Many special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft competitions typically have their own patches. Unit members or airsoft players who use these patches have the reputation that originates from completing that task, campaign, or mission. Mission patches are a great method to highlight who participated when the mission occurred.
Morale Patch Attachment
Many morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches must use heavy duty matching thread and sewing machines to attach to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the supplier. The primary front of the patch generally consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is normally a Velcro loop backing.
About PVC PATCH Morale Patches
Patches like the Metal Gear Solid XOF Military Hook Loop Tactics Morale PVC Patch (color2) made by the PVC PATCH generally hold up pretty well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can try to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s service life. Anchoring a thread includes taking a sewing needle and sewing the thread back into the material several times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
It is an excellent plan to take off Velcro patches before washing because the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the equipment.
