About Morale Patches
Morale patches permit you to embellish your tactical equipment in the field and are confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like film quotes, memes, amusing sayings, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style differs and consists of text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical groups, airsoft squads, and military units typically have a team patch or patch set. Pick a standard group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your unit if you are a team leader. You can use these team patches for group acknowledgment, awards, achievements, and rank advancements. It is a great way to develop comradery within your unit. You can also keep a few spares on-hand for exchanging patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied groups.
Mission Specific Patches
The majority of special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions normally have their own patches. Unit members or airsoft players who display these patches have the prestige that originates from finishing that tour of duty, mission, or campaign. Mission patches are a great method to highlight who participated when the mission happened.
Patch Attachment
Most morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. The hook side is typically located on the back of the patch with the loop attachment side on the bag, vest, or uniform panel. Other types of patches include iron-on and sew-on. Iron-on patches use an adhesive glue-like backing which warms up to stick to the positioning area. Sew-on patches should use sturdy stitching machines and matching thread to connect to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the maker. The main front of the patch generally includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is usually a Velcro loop backing panel.
About Minason Morale Patches
Patches like the Funny X400 Gun US Flag One Size Fits All Bullet Morale Tactical Patch PVC Applique Attachment Fastener Hook & Loop on Tactical Hat Bags Jackets and Gear (US Flag) made by the Minason usually hold up quite well. Ensure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming frayed or unraveling. You can try to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life expectancy. Anchoring a thread includes taking a threaded needle and stitching the thread back into the material numerous times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
A lot of morale patches are machine washable. This includes any patches stitched onto uniforms or connected to equipment. Nevertheless, it is a great suggestion to take off Velcro patches prior to cleaning considering that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the equipment. Clean with warm soapy water, rub lightly, and pat the patch dry.
