About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to decorate your tactical equipment in the field and are camaraderie boosters. These patches are styled around things like motion picture quotes, memes, amusing phrases, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style includes and differs text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical groups, airsoft groups, and military units normally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, select a standard group of patches consisting of a couple of morale patches which represent your unit.
Mission Specific Patches
Most special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions generally have their own patches. Unit members or players who wear these patches have the prestige that comes from finishing that tour of duty, mission, or operation. When the mission took place, Mission patches are a good way to highlight who participated.
Morale Patch Attachment
Most morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches should use heavy duty sewing machines and matching thread to attach to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the supplier. The main front of the patch usually includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is normally a Velcro loop backing.
About Military Embroidered Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the Small Size Special Containment Procedures Foundation Secure Contain Protect SCP Tactical Morale Military Embroidered Patch(YMX) made by the Military Embroidered Patch typically hold up pretty well. Make certain to cut any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can try to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life expectancy. Anchoring a thread involves taking a needle and stitching the thread back into the material several times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
Most morale patches are machine washable. This includes any patches stitched onto uniforms or connected to gear. It is a great idea to take off Velcro patches prior to cleaning given that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be hard on the patch. To clean removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear. Clean with warm soapy water, rub lightly, and pat the patch dry.
