About Morale Patches
Morale patches allow you to embellish your tactical equipment in the field and are self-confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like film quotes, memes, amusing expressions, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style consists of and differs text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical groups, airsoft groups, and military units typically have a group patch or patch set. If you are a team leader, pick a standard group of patches consisting of a couple of morale patches which represent your unit.
Campaign Specific Patches
A lot of special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions generally have their own patches. Unit members or players who display these patches have the prestige that originates from completing that task, operation, or mission. Mission patches are a good way to highlight who was there when the mission happened.
Morale Patch Attachment
The majority of morale patches attach to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches must use heavy duty matching thread and sewing machines to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the producer. The main front of the patch usually consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is typically a Velcro loop backing.
About LEGEEON Morale Patches
Patches like the LEGEEON Berserker Shoulder Tab Subdued Viking Norse Icelandic Heathen Army Military Morale Tactical Fastener Patch made by the LEGEEON normally hold up pretty well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming frayed or unraveling. You can attempt to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s service life. Anchoring a thread includes taking a needle with the thread through the eye and sewing the thread back into the material numerous times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
Most morale patches are machine washable. This includes any patches stitched onto uniforms or connected to equipment. It is a good choice to take off Velcro patches before washing given that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To clean detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the gear. Wash with warm soapy water, rub lightly, and pat the patch dry.
