The patch design style consists of and varies text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft teams, and military units generally have a team patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, select a standard group of patches including a couple of morale patches which represent your squad. You can use these group patches for group acknowledgment, awards, accomplishments, and rank advances. It is a great method to create comradery within your unit. You can also keep a couple of spares on-hand for exchanging patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied teams.
Mission Specific Patches
A lot of special missions, military operations, or airsoft tournaments generally have their own patches. Unit members or players who wear these patches have the status that originates from completing that assignment, mission, or operation. When the mission occurred, Mission patches are a good method to highlight who attended.
Morale Patch Attachment
A lot of morale patches connect to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches need to use heavy duty matching thread and sewing machines to attach to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the supplier. The main front of the patch normally consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is typically a Velcro loop backing panel.
About Embroidery Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the Bahrain Flag Patch Military Hook Loop Tactics Morale Embroidered Patch made by the Embroidery Patch typically hold up quite well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can attempt to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s longevity.
Morale Patch Care
It is a great idea to take off Velcro patches prior to cleaning considering that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To clean removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the gear.
