Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft groups, and military units typically have a group patch or patch set. Choose a basic group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your unit if you are a group leader. You can use these team patches for group recognition, awards, achievements, and rank advancements. It is a great method to grow comradery within your unit. You can also keep a few spares on-hand for swapping patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied groups.
Campaign Specific Patches
Most special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions generally have their own patches. Unit members or game players who display these patches have the status that originates from finishing that assignment, operation, or mission. Mission patches are a good method to highlight who attended when the mission happened.
Patch Attachment
Many morale patches attach to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches must use heavy duty sewing machines and matching thread to attach to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the supplier. The primary front of the patch typically consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is typically a Velcro loop backing.
