Airsoft Morale Patch Product Features
About Morale Patches
Morale patches allow you to embellish your tactical gear in the field and are self-confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like film quotes, memes, funny sayings, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style consists of and varies text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft groups, and military units normally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, choose a basic group of patches consisting of a couple of morale patches which represent your unit.
Mission Specific Patches
Many special missions, military operations, or airsoft tournaments typically have their own patches. Unit members or airsoft players who use these patches have the status that comes from completing that tour of duty, mission, or operation. When the mission took place, Mission patches are a great way to highlight who attended.
Morale Patch Attachment
Most morale patches attach to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches must use heavy duty sewing machines and matching thread to attach to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the producer. The main front of the patch generally consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is normally a Velcro loop backing area.
About BritKitUSA Morale Patches
Patches like the BritKitUSA Premium Embroidered 22 SAS Regiment Winged Dagger Morale Patch UKSF Hereford made by the BritKitUSA usually hold up pretty well. Make certain to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming frayed or unraveling. You can attempt to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life expectancy. Anchoring a thread involves taking a needle and stitching the thread back into the material several times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
A lot of morale patches are machine washable. This includes any patches sewn onto uniforms or attached to gear. Nevertheless, it is a great idea to take off Velcro patches prior to washing given that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be tough on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear. Clean with warm soapy water, rub gently, and pat the patch dry.
