Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft groups, and military units normally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a team leader, choose a standard group of patches including a couple of morale patches which represent your unit. You can use these team patches for team recognition, awards, accomplishments, and rank advancements. It is a great way to build camaraderie within your unit. You can also keep a couple of spares on-hand for swapping patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied teams.
Mission Specific Patches
A lot of special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions normally have their own patches. Unit members or game players who display these patches have the status that comes from completing that mission, assignment, or tour of duty. Mission patches are a good method to highlight who participated when the mission occurred.
Morale Patch Attachment
Many morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches must use heavy duty sewing machines and matching thread to attach to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the maker. The primary front of the patch usually consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is usually a Velcro loop backing area.
