About Morale Patches
Morale patches allow you to embellish your tactical gear in the field and are team comradery boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, amusing expressions, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style includes and varies text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical groups, airsoft squads, and military units normally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, pick a standard group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your squad. You can use these team patches for group acknowledgment, awards, accomplishments, and rank advancements. It is a great method to build comradery within your unit. You can also keep a few spares on-hand for swapping patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied teams.
Campaign Specific Patches
Most special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft tournaments usually have their own patches. Unit members or game players who use these patches have the status that comes from completing that operation, assignment, or mission. When the mission took place, Mission patches are an excellent method to highlight who attended.
Patch Attachment
The majority of morale patches connect to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches must use heavy duty stitching machines and matching thread to attach to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the manufacturer. The main front of the patch typically includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing panel.
About BASTION Morale Patches
Patches like the BASTION Morale Patches (Do Epic Sxxx, ODG) | 3D Embroidered Patches with Hook & Loop Fastener Backing | Well-Made Clean Stitching | Military Patches Ideal for Tactical Bag, Hats & Vest made by the BASTION usually hold up pretty well. Ensure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can attempt to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s service life. Anchoring a thread includes taking a threaded needle and sewing the thread back into the material numerous times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
It is an excellent idea to take off Velcro patches prior to cleaning given that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the gear.
