About Morale Patches
Morale patches permit you to decorate your tactical equipment in the field and are confidence boosters. Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft teams, and military units normally have a team patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, select a standard group of patches consisting of a few morale patches which represent your unit.
Mission Specific Patches
A lot of special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft tournaments usually have their own patches. Unit members or players who wear these patches have the status that comes from completing that campaign, assignment, or mission. Mission patches are a great method to highlight who was there when the mission took place.
Morale Patch Attachment
Many morale patches attach to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. The hook side is typically seen on the back of the patch with the loop attachment side on the uniform, vest, or bag panel. Other types of patches consist of iron-on and sew-on. Iron-on patches use an adhesive glue-like backing which warms up to adhere to the positioning spot. Stitch-on patches should use heavy duty matching thread and sewing machines to attach to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the maker. The main front of the patch normally consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is normally a Velcro loop backing.
About Antrix Morale Patches
Patches like the Antrix 6 Pieces Movie Film Galactic Empire UFO Embroidered Tactical Funny Emblem Badge Tags Patches for Kids Boys made by the Antrix typically hold up pretty well. Ensure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming frayed or unraveling. You can try to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s longevity. Anchoring a thread includes taking a threaded needle and stitching the thread back into the material a number of times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
Most morale patches are machine washable. This consists of any patches stitched onto uniforms or connected to gear. Nevertheless, it is an excellent idea to remove Velcro patches prior to cleaning because the wear and tear of a washing machine can be tough on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear. Clean with warm soapy water, rub gently, and pat the patch dry.
