About Morale Patches
Morale patches allow you to decorate your tactical gear in the field and are self-confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like film quotes, memes, funny phrases, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style differs and consists of text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft teams, and military units generally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, select a standard group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your unit. You can use these team patches for team acknowledgment, awards, achievements, and rank advances. It is an excellent way to build comradery within your unit. You can also keep a couple of spares on-hand for swapping patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied groups.
Mission Specific Patches
Most special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft tournaments usually have their own patches. Unit members or game players who use these patches have the prestige that originates from completing that operation, mission, or assignment. When the mission took place, Mission patches are a great method to highlight who was there.
Patch Attachment
Most morale patches connect to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches must use heavy duty matching thread and sewing machines to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the manufacturer. The main front of the patch typically consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing panel.
About Antrix Morale Patches
Patches like the Antrix Tactical Military Dont Tread On Me Black Pirate EMT Medical Tactical Morale Patch Full Embroidery Patch Set for Caps,Bags,Backpacks,Clothes,Vest,Military Uniforms,Tactical Gears Etc made by the Antrix usually hold up quite well. Ensure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can attempt to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s service life. Anchoring a thread includes taking a sewing needle and stitching the thread back into the material several times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
Many morale patches are machine washable. This consists of any patches sewn onto uniforms or attached to equipment. However, it is a good choice to remove Velcro patches prior to washing since the wear and tear of a washing machine can be tough on the patch. To wash detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear. Wash with warm soapy water, rub gently, and pat the patch dry.
