About Morale Patches
Morale patches allow you to decorate your tactical equipment in the field and are confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like motion picture quotes, memes, amusing phrases, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style varies and consists of text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical groups, airsoft groups, and military units generally have a team patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, select a standard group of patches including a couple of morale patches which represent your squad. You can use these group patches for team acknowledgment, awards, achievements, and rank advancements. It is a great way to develop comradery within your unit. You can also keep a couple of spares on-hand for swapping patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied groups.
Mission Specific Patches
Many special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions generally have their own patches. Unit members or players who wear these patches have the prestige that originates from completing that campaign, task, or mission. Mission patches are a good method to highlight who was there when the mission took place.
Patch Attachment
The majority of morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. The hook side is normally found on the back of the patch with the loop attachment side on the vest, uniform, or bag panel. Other types of patches include iron-on and sew-on. Iron-on patches use an adhesive glue-like backing which heats up to adhere to the positioning spot. Stitch-on patches should use strong sewing machines and matching thread to connect to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the manufacturer. The main front of the patch typically includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing.
About ALIPLUS Morale Patches
Patches like the Wwii Us Army Isaf B52 Air Pinup Girl Usa Morale Full Color Brand Patch Bomber Pinup Girl Tactical Combat Hook Badge Patch made by the ALIPLUS generally hold up quite well. Make certain to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming frayed or unraveling. You can try to trim or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s longevity. Anchoring a thread includes taking a needle and sewing the thread back into the material numerous times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
It is a great plan to remove Velcro patches prior to cleaning since the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear.
