About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to embellish your tactical equipment in the field and are self-confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like motion picture quotes, memes, funny expressions, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style consists of and varies text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical teams, airsoft groups, and military units normally have a team patch or patch set. If you are a team leader, choose a standard group of patches consisting of a couple of morale patches which represent your unit.
Mission Specific Patches
Most special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions generally have their own patches. Unit members or game players who wear these patches have the prestige that originates from finishing that tour of duty, mission, or campaign. Mission patches are a great way to highlight who attended when the mission happened.
Patch Attachment
Many morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. The hook side is typically found on the back of the patch with the loop attachment side on the bag, vest, or uniform panel. Other kinds of patches consist of iron-on and sew-on. Iron-on patches use an adhesive glue-like backing which heats up to adhere to the positioning spot. Stitch-on patches should use sturdy matching thread and sewing machines to connect to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the producer. The primary front of the patch usually includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing.
About Tactical Embroidery Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the USA Flag Peace Sign Anti-War Tactical Embroidery Patch Hook & Loop Morale Patch Military Patch for Clothing Accessory Backpack Armband made by the Tactical Embroidery Patch normally hold up pretty well. Ensure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming frayed or unraveling. You can try to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s longevity. Anchoring a thread involves taking a needle and sewing the thread back into the material a number of times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
The majority of morale patches are machine washable. This consists of any patches stitched onto uniforms or attached to gear. Nevertheless, it is an excellent choice to remove Velcro patches before washing considering that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To clean removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the equipment. Clean with warm soapy water, rub gently, and pat the patch dry.
