About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to embellish your tactical gear in the field and are self-confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like film quotes, memes, amusing phrases, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style includes and varies text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical groups, airsoft teams, and military units normally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, select a basic group of patches including a couple of morale patches which represent your unit.
Mission Specific Patches
The majority of special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions typically have their own patches. Unit members or players who use these patches have the status that comes from completing that operation, mission, or task. When the mission occurred, Mission patches are a good method to highlight who attended.
Morale Patch Attachment
A lot of morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches need to use heavy duty sewing machines and matching thread to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU blouse.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the producer. The main front of the patch usually includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is normally a Velcro loop backing area.
About Tactical Embroidery Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the Asshole Merit Badge Tactical Embroidery Patch Hook & Loop Morale Patch Military Patch for Clothing Accessory Backpack Armband (color4) made by the Tactical Embroidery Patch generally hold up quite well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming reversed or unraveling. You can attempt to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life.
Morale Patch Care
Many morale patches are machine washable. This consists of any patches sewn onto uniforms or attached to gear. However, it is an excellent choice to remove Velcro patches before cleaning because the wear and tear of a washing machine can be hard on the patch. To wash detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the gear. Wash with warm soapy water, rub gently, and pat the patch dry.
