About Morale Patches
Morale patches permit you to embellish your tactical gear in the field and are self-confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, amusing sayings, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style includes and differs text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft groups, and military units usually have a team patch or patch set. Pick a standard group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your unit if you are a group leader. You can use these group patches for team acknowledgment, awards, achievements, and rank advances. It is a great way to create camaraderie within your unit. You can also keep a couple of spares on-hand for swapping patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied teams.
Mission Specific Patches
The majority of special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft competitions typically have their own patches. Unit members or airsoft players who display these patches have the reputation that originates from completing that operation, task, or mission. Mission patches are a great way to highlight who attended when the mission happened.
Morale Patch Attachment
A lot of morale patches connect to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. The hook side is typically seen on the back of the patch with the loop attachment side on the vest, uniform, or bag panel. Other types of patches consist of iron-on and sew-on. Iron-on patches use an adhesive glue-like backing which warms up to adhere to the placement spot. Sew-on patches must use strong matching thread and stitching machines to connect to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the producer. The main front of the patch normally consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing area.
About Tactical Embroidery Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the Chinese Martial Arts Superstar Bruce Lee Tactical Embroidery Patch Hook & Loop Morale Patch Military Patch for Clothing Accessory Backpack Armband (color2) made by the Tactical Embroidery Patch typically hold up pretty well. Ensure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming frayed or unraveling. You can try to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s service life. Anchoring a thread includes taking a sewing needle and sewing the thread back into the material several times. Sink the loose end of the thread so it cannot keep unraveling.
Morale Patch Care
It is an excellent plan to take off Velcro patches before cleaning since the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To clean detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the equipment.
