About Morale Patches
Morale patches allow you to embellish your tactical gear in the field and are team comradery boosters. These patches are styled around things like film quotes, memes, funny sayings, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style differs and includes text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical groups, airsoft groups, and military units generally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, choose a basic group of patches including a few morale patches which represent your unit.
Mission Specific Patches
Most special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft tournaments typically have their own patches. Unit members or game players who use these patches have the reputation that originates from completing that tour of duty, mission, or campaign. When the mission took place, Mission patches are an excellent way to highlight who was there.
Patch Attachment
A lot of morale patches connect to gear, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. The hook side is typically seen on the back of the patch with the loop attachment side on the vest, bag, or uniform panel. Other types of patches consist of iron-on and sew-on. Iron-on patches use an adhesive glue-like backing which heats up to adhere to the positioning spot. Sew-on patches need to use strong sewing machines and matching thread to attach to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Kinds Of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends upon the maker. The primary front of the patch normally includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is normally a Velcro loop backing area.
About Tactical Embroidery Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the Doctor Who British TV Series Logo Tactical Embroidery Patch Hook & Loop Morale Patch Military Patch for Clothing Accessory Backpack Armband made by the Tactical Embroidery Patch usually hold up quite well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can attempt to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life.
Morale Patch Care
It is a good plan to remove Velcro patches prior to washing since the wear and tear of a washing machine can be tough on the patch. To wash detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the equipment.
