About Morale Patches
Morale patches enable you to embellish your tactical gear in the field and are team morale boosters. These patches are styled around things like movie quotes, memes, amusing phrases, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style includes and differs text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Groups
Tactical groups, airsoft groups, and military units normally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a team leader, select a standard group of patches consisting of a couple of morale patches which represent your unit.
Campaign Specific Patches
Most special missions, military operations, or airsoft competitions generally have their own patches. Unit members or game players who display these patches have the reputation that comes from finishing that campaign, mission, or assignment. When the mission took place, Mission patches are a great method to highlight who attended.
Patch Attachment
The majority of morale patches connect to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Stitch-on patches should use heavy duty matching thread and sewing machines to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the manufacturer. The main front of the patch normally consists of embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are sewn and the back is normally a Velcro loop backing panel.
About Tactical Embroidery Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the Christmas Screaming Demons Tactical Embroidery Patch Hook & Loop Morale Patch Military Patch for Clothing Accessory Backpack Armband (2pcs) made by the Tactical Embroidery Patch usually hold up pretty well. Make sure to trim any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can try to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s life.
Morale Patch Care
A lot of morale patches are machine washable. This consists of any patches sewn onto uniforms or connected to equipment. However, it is a great suggestion to take off Velcro patches prior to washing considering that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash removable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, remove the patch from the gear. Wash with warm soapy water, rub lightly, and pat the patch dry.
