About MOLLE Pouches and Gear
The Jipemtra Tactical Modular Molle Pouch Bag EDC Utility Gadget Pocket Hip Waist Belt Bag Pack Camping Hiking Outdoor Gear Cell Phone Holster Holder Purse Phone Case is a tactical pouch. A lot of tactical pouches attach with MOLLE straps and hook-and-loop style attachments. MOLLE pouches have just recently become popular in the last several years due to tactical innovations and inventions. They are the top choice for securing military design pouches to tactical gear, airsoft vests, deployment bags, and other types of equipment. MOLLE straps offer a flexible way for users to choose the mounting place and position of the pouch and mount them anywhere on equipment where there is a MOLLE attachment panel location. The only limitation ends up being which pouches to employ and where to put them.
What is MOLLE?
MOLLE is an acronym for Modular Lightweight Load-Carrying Equipment and describes the pouches, panels, and straps which are utilized in the MOLLE management system. Here are the 3 parts of the installing system: MOLLE pouches, straps, and panels. Installing tactical pouches is easy and fast. Simply thread the straps and snap the buttons to secure them in place. Now that we know what MOLLE is and how the gear system works, let’s check out a few of the most efficient MOLLE pouches you can put on your airsoft gear starting with airsoft weapon mag pouches.
Colors of MOLLE Pouches and Camouflage Patterns
MOLLE tactical pouches come in lots of various colors and camouflage patterns.

Types of Jipemtra MOLLE Pouches
Standard Rifle Magazine Pouches
These are usually called ‘standard’ pouches or just ‘mag pouches’ since they are quite standard in style. The magazines are secured inside the pouch with a top flap for extra security that is usually attached with Velcro. In addition to being available from many tactical equipment companies in the airsoft industry, basic rifle magazine pouches are long lasting and one of the most budget-friendly methods to carry magazines.
Tactical Open Top Magazine Pouches
Open top magazine pouch types resemble the basic mag pouches with a few adjustments. As the tactical pouch name suggests, this pouch style eliminates the flap leaving an open top to put in and take out magazines. This allows for silent access and increased speed while reloading guns or accessing equipment. These mag pouches can come in single or triple magazine holding setups.
Open Top MOLLE Magazine Pouches with Retention
Open top magazine pouches with retention systems are the latest and most sophisticated kind of tactical mag pouches. The retention systems are developed into the magazine pocket so that it holds the magazine firmly under pressure. In order to make mag access simpler and reloads faster than ever before, this design of tactical pouch makes use of MOLLE attachments so it can be mounted at any angle on a MOLLE tactical vest. The pouch elements are normally made from ABS components.
The Jipemtra brand also makes retention magazine pouches like the FastMag design use varying kinds of retention to grip the magazines and provide security including bungee cables or rubberized bungee bands (depending upon maker). Magazines are quickly reloadable by indexing the magazine and using a hard pull up out of the pouch. While kept in the holder, the tension straps firmly hold the magazines so you don’t need to be concerned about losing the mag during fast movements, crawling, climbing, or maneuvers in training or on the airsoft field.
Jipemtra MOLLE Airsoft Weapon Handgun Magazine Pouches
Handgun magazine pouches come in related styles to the rifle pouches with standard flip top, open top, and open top with retention designs of tactical pouches. The pistol magazine pouches which are available in the standard design have a Velcro flap. Condor makes a couple of basic handgun pouches which secure airsoft gun magazines very well with this resilient Velcro flip top style.
The open top and open top with retention handgun pouches are the most typically found versions of pistol pouches. A lot of the same companies which make rifle mag pouches make matching pistol magazine pouches in the very same style.
Combo Magazine Tactical Pouches Kangaroo, Stacker, and Hybrid
Kangaroo tactical pouches are a paired style of pouch including both a rifle and pistol magazine. The cost of one triple mag kangaroo pouch equals about a seventy-five percent (75%) savings over purchasing all six individually (3x rifle and 3x pistol magazines).
Tactical Dump Pouches
Dump pouches (a.k.a mag recovery pouches) create a space for you to dump empty magazines and other things into rapidly. These tactical pouches are generally carried on your belt in a rolled up position and secured by a snap or strap. The pouch can be quickly unrolled to expand in size and hold empty mags after reloads, additional airsoft BBs/shells, and other tactical gear while in the airsoft field. Some dump pouches even have drawstring tops for added security while moving with a filled pouch.
Tactical IFAK Medical MOLLE Pouches
Medical pouches are a must have for an airsoft gear loadout. IFAK means individual first aid kit and consists of the equipment airsoft players need when they need to patch up a scrape or wound on the field. A first aid pack needs to include the following items: medical tape or cloth tape, Band-Aids or adhesive bandages, Ibuprofen or Aspirin, rolled gauze bandages, a number of sterile gauze pads, antiseptic wipes, folding CPR mask or breath barrier, non-latex gloves, trauma shears, tweezers, and Other medical products.
MOLLE Admin Pouches
Admin pouches create space for holding a Leatherman, folded maps, pens, and other field items. These pouches are basic use pouches for odds and ends which do not go anywhere else generally. Think of things like spare airsoft BB bags, red dead rags, multitools (if they do not have their own specific pouch), and other gear you may need on the airsoft field or tactical situation.
Tactical Radio Pouches with MOLLE Attachments
Lots of airsoft units use radios and communications devices on the field. Applying a radio pouch with MOLLE accessories helps you secure your communications equipment while moving. These small radio pouches will hold most walkie-talkies and radio handsets like the Motorola TALKABOUT T800 models and Baofeng UV-5R VHR radios.
