About MOLLE Pouches and Equipment
The Antila Excelling Magazine Pouch for Pistol and Gun – High Speed, Secure and Durable. Bandana and 2 Great Ebooks Included is a tactical pouch. The majority of tactical pouches attach with MOLLE snap straps and hook-and-loop design accessories. MOLLE straps provide a versatile method for users to select the mounting area and position of the pouch and mount them anywhere on equipment where there is a MOLLE attachment panel area.
What is MOLLE?
MOLLE is an acronym for Modular Lightweight Load-Carrying Equipment and defines the pouches, panels, and straps which are employed in the MOLLE equipment system. Here are the three parts of the mounting system: MOLLE panels, pouches, and straps. Mounting tactical pouches is quick and simple. All soldiers have to do is thread the straps and snap the buttons to secure them in place. Now that we know what MOLLE is and how the system works, let’s check out a few of the most efficient MOLLE pouches you can put on your airsoft gear beginning with airsoft gun magazine pouches.
Colors of MOLLE Pouches and Camouflage Patterns
MOLLE tactical pouches come in many various colors and camo patterns.
About the Antila Brand
The Antila brand is fairly prominently known in the world of airsoft. They produce outstanding quality airsoft equipment and other products. If you have questions about their gear or customer support inquiries, you can find more information on the brand’s business website.
Kinds Of Antila MOLLE Pouches
Standard Rifle Magazine Pouches
Rifle magazines are important to carry on your gear for holding M4/AR -15, AK-47, and other types of airsoft weapon rifle magazines. These are also called ‘basic’ pouches or just ‘mag pouches’ because they are pretty standard in style. They are one of the initial designs of pouches created to carry extra magazines with you in the field. The magazines are secured inside the pouch with a top flap for included security that is normally fastened with Velcro. The flap could include a plastic side-release buckle depending on pouch design. In addition to being offered from lots of tactical equipment companies in the airsoft industry, basic rifle magazine pouches are durable and one of the most economical ways to carry magazines.
Tactical Open Top Magazine Pouches
Open top magazine pouch types are similar to the basic mag pouches with a few enhancements. As the tactical pouch name indicates, this pouch design removes the flap leaving an open top to insert and remove magazines. This allows silent access and increased speed while reloading guns or accessing equipment. These mag pouches can come in triple or single magazine holding setups.
Open Top MOLLE Magazine Pouches with Retention
Open top magazine pouches with retention systems are the latest and most sophisticated type of tactical mag pouches. In order to make mag accessibility a lot easier and reloads faster than ever, this style of tactical pouch utilizes MOLLE attachments so it can be mounted at any angle on a MOLLE tactical vest.
The Antila brand also makes retention mag pouches like the FastMag style use varying kinds of retention to grip the magazines and provide security including bungee cords or rubberized stress bands (depending upon producer). Magazines are quickly reloadable by indexing the magazine and providing a hard tug up out of the pouch. While kept in the holder, the stress straps securely hold the magazines so you do not need to be concerned about losing the mag during fast motions, crawling, climbing, or maneuvers in training or on the airsoft field.
Antila MOLLE Airsoft Weapon Handgun Magazine Pouches
Handgun magazine pouches are available in similar designs to the rifle pouches with standard flip top, open top, and open top with retention designs of tactical pouches. The handgun magazine pouches which can be found in the basic design have a Velcro flap. Condor makes several standard handgun pouches which secure airsoft weapon magazines effectively with this durable Velcro flip top design.
The open top and open top with retention handgun pouches are the most typically chosen versions of pistol pouches. Most of the same companies that make rifle mag pouches make matching handgun magazine pouches in the exact same design. This includes manufacturers like Blue Force Gear, and High Speed Gear. Both of their rifle mag pouch designs are outstanding quality, functional, and are replicated by airsoft pouch companies.
Combination Magazine Tactical Pouches Kangaroo, Stacker, and Hybrid
Kangaroo tactical pouches are a paired style of pouch including both a rifle and handgun magazine. The expense of one triple mag kangaroo pouch equates to about a seventy-five percent (75%) savings over buying all six separately (3x rifle and 3x pistol magazines).
Tactical Dump Pouches
Dump pouches (a.k.a magazine retrieval pouches) create an area for you to dump empty mags and other things into during fights. Some dump pouches also have drawstring tops for additional security while moving with a full pouch.
Tactical IFAK Medical MOLLE Pouches
Medical pouches are a must have for an airsoft gear loadout. IFAK is an acronym meaning individual first aid kit and includes the medical gear airsoft players require when they have to patch up a scrape or injury on the field. An emergency treatment pack should include the following items: medical tape or cloth tape, Band-Aids or adhesive bandages, Ibuprofen or Aspirin, rolled gauze bandages, a number of sterile gauze pads, antiseptic wipes, folding CPR mask or breath barrier, non-latex gloves, cutting shears, tweezers, and Other products.
MOLLE Admin Pouches
Admin pouches create a place for carrying multitools, folded maps, pens, compasses, and other field gear. These pouches are basic use pouches for odds and ends which do not go anywhere else generally. Think of things like spare airsoft BB bags, red dead rags, multitools (if they don’t have their own special pouch), and other gear you might require on the airsoft field or tactical situation.
Tactical Radio Pouches with MOLLE Attachments
Lots of airsoft organizations manage radios and communications devices in the field. Operating a radio pouch with MOLLE attachments helps you secure your communications gear while moving. These little radio pouches will hold most walkie-talkies and portable radios like the Motorola TALKABOUT T800 models and Baofeng UV-5R VHR radios.
