About Morale Patches
Morale patches permit you to decorate your tactical gear in the field and are confidence boosters. These patches are styled around things like motion picture quotes, memes, amusing expressions, quips, and other off-the-cuff remarks. The patch design style varies and consists of text, images, and graphics.
Morale Patches for Teams
Tactical teams, airsoft groups, and military units normally have a group patch or patch set. If you are a group leader, select a standard group of patches consisting of a couple of morale patches which represent your squad. You can use these team patches for group recognition, awards, accomplishments, and rank advances. It is an excellent way to develop camaraderie within your unit. You can also keep a couple of spares on-hand for exchanging patches with patch collectors, friendly units, or allied groups.
Mission Specific Patches
Many special missions, military campaigns, or airsoft competitions generally have their own patches. Unit members or game players who use these patches have the status that originates from completing that assignment, mission, or operation. When the mission happened, Mission patches are an excellent method to highlight who was there.
Morale Patch Attachment
Most morale patches attach to equipment, uniforms, tactical vests, and bags using Velcro or hook and loop attachment backing. Sew-on patches need to use heavy duty stitching machines and matching thread to attach the patch to a uniform or BDU shirt.
Types of Patch Material
Morale patch material depends on the supplier. The main front of the patch typically includes embroidered thread or PVC plastic material. The edges of the patch are stitched and the back is generally a Velcro loop backing panel.
About Tactical PVC Patch Morale Patches
Patches like the Mama Says I’m Special PVC Military Tactical Morale Patch Badges Emblem Applique Hook Patches for Clothes Backpack Accessories made by the Tactical PVC Patch normally hold up pretty well. Make sure to cut any loose threads to keep the patch stitching or embroidered patch edges from coming undone or unraveling. You can attempt to cut or anchor any loose threads to extend the patch’s lifespan.
Morale Patch Care
Most morale patches are machine washable. This includes any patches sewn onto uniforms or attached to gear. Nevertheless, it is a great suggestion to remove Velcro patches before washing given that the wear and tear of a washing machine can be rough on the patch. To wash detachable PVC patches with Velcro attachments, take off the patch from the equipment. Wash with warm soapy water, rub lightly, and pat the patch dry.
